Stage I– Detail Design & Workshop Drawings.

• Preparation of samples.
  
  
• Confirmation of availability of materials and proposed budgetary considerations.
  
  
• Consultation throughout the preparation of detailed design development drawings and component assembly details to ensure optimum efficiently and cost control.
  
  
• Production of precise workshop drawings to assist the design division with their detailed design.

• Ordering of required materials and producing a detailed workshop program that runs concurrently with that of the design team to ensure that all deadlines on site are met.
  
  
• Commencement of production works as per program with prior Client approval and go-ahead.
  
  
• Co-ordination with Project Manager to plan on site deliveries, installation times and dates.
  

Stage III

• Quality control of ongoing works and continuing Client approvals
  
  
• Ongoing production and execution to meet program deadlines.
